To ensure the smooth operation of the Event and a positive experience for all participants, this Admission Policy is formulated accordingly. All participants are required to carefully read and comply with this Policy prior to entry.
1. Eligibility for Admission
1) This Event is open to industry professionals and relevant practitioners only.
2) Admission is granted only upon presentation of a valid admission badge, pre‑registration confirmation, or invitation letter.
3) Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Certain specific areas of the Event (such as technical demonstration zones or business meeting areas) may be subject to additional age or identity restrictions. In principle, the Event is open only to professionals aged 18 and above. The Organizer reserves the right, for reasonable grounds including Event content, on‑site safety, and crowd management, to refuse entry to children or to require them to leave the venue immediately.
2. Registration and Tickets
1) All participants must complete online registration in advance and obtain a valid admission credential.
2) Ticketing information and registration guidelines are available on the official Event website.
3) Participants must present valid admission credentials or confirmation letters upon entry; staff will verify credentials and identity information.
4) Admission credentials (including badges, QR codes, wristbands, etc.) are personal and non‑transferable, and may not be resold, altered, falsified, or misused. If any such violation is identified, the Organizer reserves the right to confiscate the credential and deny entry, without refund of any fees paid.
3. Identity Verification
1) All participants must undergo identity verification at the entrance and present a valid identification document or work badge.
2) Where identification information does not match registration details, entry may be refused.
3) The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or require immediate departure where a participant: (1) provides identification inconsistent with registration information; (2) violates this Policy or venue safety regulations; (3) engages in illegal acts, disrupts Event order, or endangers public safety; (4) carries prohibited items and refuses to cooperate with confiscation; or (5) otherwise poses a potential risk to on‑site safety or order. Any participant required to leave due to the above misconduct shall not be entitled to any refund.
4. Admission Time and Venue Rules
1) During the exhibition, admission is available from 9:00 to 17:00 on July 8 & 9, and 9:00 to 15:00 on July 10, subject to on-site arrangements.
2) All participants must comply with venue safety rules and management requirements and maintain on‑site order.
5. Prohibited Items
1) Dangerous items, pets, and outside food or beverages are strictly prohibited.
2) For safety reasons, security check staff reserve the right to inspect bags and personal belongings.
6. Health and Safety Notice
1) Participation in a public exhibition involves inherent risks, including but not limited to crowd movement, facility usage, and potential exposure to communicable diseases. Participants should independently assess whether their physical condition is suitable for attending the Event.
2) The Organizer will take reasonable safety measures in accordance with PRC laws and venue requirements (such as crowd control, safety notices, and on‑site security), but cannot eliminate all risks associated with public events.
7. Photography and Recording
1) The Organizer may photograph, record audio, or video at the Event. Entry into the Event constitutes acknowledgment and consent to the use of the participant’s likeness, voice, or image.
2) Such materials may be used by the Organizer for Event promotion, media coverage, marketing, the official website, and social media, in compliance with applicable PRC laws.
3) Participants may not engage in commercial photography or recording, nor disseminate Event images, audio, or video, without the Organizer’s prior written consent.
4) Where a participant reasonably believes that use of their likeness seriously infringes their lawful rights, they may contact the Organizer for review and handling as provided under this Policy.
8. Personal Property
1) Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal property.
2) Except where losses are determined under applicable PRC law to result from the Organizer’s wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Organizer shall not be liable for loss or damage to personal property.
3) Unattended items on site may be temporarily stored or disposed of in accordance with security regulations.
9.Intellectual Property
1) All trademarks, logos, designs, promotional materials, exhibition layouts, and related content provided by the Organizer at the Event are the intellectual property of the Organizer or exhibitors.
2) Without prior written consent, participants may not record, copy, distribute, or commercially use any such intellectual property, nor engage in any other infringing activities.
10.Code of Conduct
1) Participants shall comply with PRC laws and regulations, venue safety rules, and this Policy, respect other participants, staff, and exhibitors, and refrain from illegal, dangerous, disruptive, or interfering conduct.
2) The following are strictly prohibited: bringing weapons, controlled knives, flammable or explosive items, or other prohibited articles into the venue; harassment, insult, violence, or other infringement of personal rights; unauthorized commercial sales, promotion, solicitation, or marketing activities.
3) The Organizer and venue reserve the right to conduct security checks. Refusal to cooperate may result in denial of entry.
11. Special Needs
1) Participants with special needs (e.g., disabilities or interpretation services) are encouraged to contact the Organizer in advance and provide relevant documentation. Reasonable assistance will be provided where possible.
12. Epidemic Prevention Measures (if applicable)
1) In accordance with applicable requirements, participants may be required to provide health proofs, undergo temperature checks, or wear masks.
2) Please comply with on‑site instructions and relevant health measures.
13.Participant Personal Information
Where participants provide personal information to the Organizer, this shall be deemed consent to the Organizer processing such information. Information collected may include registration details, identity information, and information relating to children, for purposes including admission management, safety assurance, and on‑site services. 14.Disclaimer
1) The Organizer reserves the right, due to operational needs or force majeure, to reasonably adjust the Event schedule, opening hours, layout, or exhibitor arrangements. Such adjustments will be announced via the Event website or on‑site notices. The Organizer shall not be liable for reasonable costs arising therefrom.
2) Participants undertake to strictly comply with this Policy and on‑site rules and bear primary responsibility for personal and property safety. Legal guardians of accompanying minors undertake full and continuous guardianship and bear primary responsibility for the minors’ safety. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for losses arising from participants’ own fault, failure of guardianship, or force majeure.
15. Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to amend this Admission Policy in accordance with law, industry requirements, or operational needs. Amended policies will be published via the Event website or on‑site notices and shall become binding upon publication.
